adiprenez: the yellow blindfolders - lifang's 22nd! part 1

And finally the day has come, if you think the previous week was not a stressful week, wait till you sit next to the bday girl, lifang! The whole acacian family had to be on guard for the whole of last week while she "tormented" all of us by grilling us with questions about her surprise!

but luckily everyone survived till the actual day! good work! ok let's carry on with the plan.

took a back seat once again and didn't really plan the bday. surprisingly the queen thought that the planners was one of her servants.. nah. but of coz as a servant, I did as i was told. haha

first up: kidnap lifang into a cab to botanic gardens! the funny part was that sweelan led us the wrong exit becoz we kept telling lifang that we are going to shop in a new shopping mall. and lifang simply thought that everything was planned out. Sweelan's blurness and HUH, my crappy nonsense, the detour to the wrong exit was ALL PART OF A PLAN. haha if only we were such natural actresses..

and then we signalled to the cab driver to go to botanic gardens. inside the cab we blindfolded lifang!! she couldn't stop talking while on the cab.. i wonder if the cab driver was smirking away. haha

she couldn't stop her nonsense again, kept saying excuses for her to take off her blindfold. tsk, still say my cloth v smelly.. tsk.. but the secret is: i never wash it la.. hahahha

ok then we reached botanic gardens. becoz the cab driver happily stopped us at the first drop off point, we had a hard time trying to locate the cafe. I called the rest of the acacians up while lifang and swee took shade under some tree.. and to my horror, we were at one corner of Botanic garden while the cafe was at the center! and so we had to take another cab INTO botanic gardens.. this time round, poor lifang banged lightly into the top of the cab while trying to go inside with her blindfold. sorry ya, ur escorts are clumsy pple.. haha

we finally reached the visitor centre. the ang-moh who was waiting for our cab smiled at lifang.. haha. from then onwards, there were alot of pple looking at us.. haha and mayi couldn't stop snapping at lifang after our arrival. haha abit paiseh la but it was worth it :)

after some preps, we finally unblindfolded her at Cafe Les Amis! I could sense some gazes around while we led her inside the cafe.. haha and the crowd there was really unique. Dogs and children. Feels just like a relaxing morning out at gardens.. :)
