and so I made a beeline to the pharmacy and this is what i saw:

a huge pharmacy counter as long as a typical storefront in sg! it was like 3times as big as a normal guardian pharmacy counter.. and the irritating thing is when i went there, there were no pharmacist!! how underused this space was. But after awhile, the pharmacist popped out from a hidden store on the left side of the counter. omg there is a pharmacy store room at the back of the counter!! how big is tt place laaaa~~
even got space to pull milk powder at the supposedly "impulse-buying shelves".. and a sink at the back! i realise most modern pharmacies in hk have sinks.. ???

and a computer monitor at the queue area just in case you're bored and want to know more about your medications and minor ailments.. haha nice nice.

In comparison, this is a normal guardian aka mannings pharmacy in hk.. mannings hardly have any pharmacies, but they are slowing incorporating tt in newer stores..

and also the main reason y only some watsons' and mannings have pharmacies is but OF COZ, lack of pharmacists!! Retail chain pharmacies in Hk are slowly catching up, which means that they may need more pharmacists!! haha I sense gd job opportunities there but unfortunately I didn't give much thoughts about it before my aunt threw me with a question like: So do you see yourself working and staying in HK in years to come???
haha you've got me.
